The alfa customer forum on the topic "Customer Relationship Management CRM with alfa AdSuite Enterprise" attracted keen interest: Participants from all parts of Germany responded to the invitation and traveled to Rödermark to learn about the latest status of the application and to engage with product experts.
Michael Kreisler, product manager at alfa Media, presented the range of CRM functions that are integrated in alfa AdSuite Enterprise. A comprehensive contact and campaign management system makes it possible to implement an active customer service and optimum sales support – enabling existing business relationship to be strengthened and new customers acquired.
In addition to the scope of CRM functions, other product solutions of relevance to advertising were presented: alfa iAdSuite, the iPhone app for media consultants as well as alfa SalesPoint, the Customer Self Service Center aimed at readers and customers of publishing companies.
